Medical Plan: Our medical plan is funded entirely by the company with the choice of multiple preferred provider networks. Employees may elect to decline the medical coverage and receive either monthly credits to purchase voluntary insurance products or receive cash.
Dental Plans: We offer two dental plan choices with varying levels of coverage for preventative treatment, specific procedures and orthodontia.
Vision Plan: Vision insurance is available for the employees and their families.
Two Flexible Spending Accounts: Pre-tax dollars can be set aside to cover the costs of certain health and dependant care needs.
Life and Accidental Death Insurance: A company funded group life and accidental death insurance plan is provided to all full-time employees.
Supplemental Life Insurance: Supplemental life insurance options are available for the employees and their families.
Vacation and Sick Leave: Vacation and Sick leave hours are accrued according to the length of service of the employee.

Employee Profit Sharing Plan: The firm's profit sharing plan allows employees to contribute pretax dollars into multiple investment options. Professional Consultants, Inc. also contributes up to a maximum of 15% of an individual's salary based on profits.
