Architectural Project Manager

Professional Consultants, Inc. (PCI), a successful and growing full service EPC firm offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with an Architecture and Planning background in Evansville, Indiana.

Your role will include building and managing relationships with in-house, subcontracted, and client teams while managing all phases of real estate projects utilizing a “gated” method of project delivery.  Project phases include site/facility selection and the related program requirements that drive selection, space planning, final design and construction document preparation, cost estimating, bidding, and construction. Other project management tasks include contract management, financial tracking and cost accounting, initial occupancy, project closeout, as well as assuring that the clients’ real estate projects align with their standards related to office space, engineering and technical design, lease templates, and cost per square foot metrics for operating and construction costs. Your role also includes confirming and documenting the standard metrics of the clients’ existing real estate portfolio, and then to utilizing the standard metrics to manage and optimize their asset portfolio.

BS/BA in Architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of related real estate project management experience. An architectural registration is preferred. Some travel abroad to project and existing real estate asset locations will be required.

Skills

Strong presentation, organizational and communication skills are needed to work in a collaborative format with multiple team members while taking a leadership role on multiple projects. Lead and manage multiple project teams to attainment of successful project objectives.
