Building Mechanical Engineer

Your role will include building and managing relationships with clients, in-house teams, and contractors while providing design and consulting services that are needed by facility managers and owners throughout the life cycle of facilities. Skills, Abilities, Requirements, and Preferences

BS in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of related design and project management experience is preferred. A Professional Engineering license is preferred, or the ability to obtain a PE license within one year is required. LEED Accredited Professional, Energy Manager Certification, and Qualified Commissioning Agent are preferred. 
As a mechanical engineer you will in general be required to demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, client focus/customer service, and ownership/responsibility; be resourceful and flexible, effective at handling multiple tasks; have strong presentation, written, and verbal skills; and be able to effectively delegate while working in a collaborative format with multiple team members.
