Looking for a senior project manager with 12 to 20 years of experience managing the scope development, design/engineering, bidding, construction and occupancy phases of building, and related utility equipment and infrastructure, projects for both commercial and light-industrial clients. Experience with a broad range of projects types including new construction, interior renovations, move management, mechanical/ electrical equipment, building systems, site improvements and site utility infrastructure.
